See your foreskin actually protects the penis head making it more sensitive. Those men who are circumcised are constantly having their penis head desensitized because it is rubbing up against the underwear all day long. The best way to desentize the penis head is whilst in the shower, get a body scrubber and slowly for 2-3 minutes twist it on the head of the penis.
