Maro Kawaii 2 is a rabbit clitoral massager made by a Japanese sex toy company Tokyo Design who are situated in Japan. Though, I’m like the biggest snob ever when it comes to branding very rarely stray from Lelo and very very rarely am I impressed by other brands. I just turned down Marc Jacobs earrings for my birthday. I’m firm on brand loyalty.
So when the Tokyo Design Maro Kawaii 2 was delivered to Adultsmart, I had assumed it’d be some battery operated jelly junk that was mainly made for novelty purposes. The truth is, I judged it because I wasn’t aware of the brand name or the product design.
I found that what I had previously thought was untrue.
I am totally in love with this sex toy and adult brand! It would be a shame for anyone to overlook this brand.
Maro Kawaii 2 – A Japanese Sex Toy
The Tokyo Design Maro Kawaii 2 is a 10cm pure silicone coated rabbit clitoral massager in the shape of a crazy looking cartoon bunny. Think old school 70s era. Silicone is beautifully textured and designed with the four main bubbles or conjoined marshmallow puffs. Ultra soft which are each uniquely textured for enjoyment.
A lower bulb is where the single on and off adjustment switch is. Settings button is located inside a gorgeous flower and the charging port at the bottom. Another plus side is this cutie is it is rechargeable.
Next section is a ribbed beehive looking area. It will be extremely appealing for those who enjoy varied textures on their straight vibrators. I like the different textures on the Tokyo Design Maro Kawaii 2 because when you’re in the heat of the moment you might just need them the most. You can curve the sex toy around in your hand to experiment with how your clitoris reacts to the feelings.
A True Innovation
Finally, the section second from the top is where this sex toy shines the most and identifies itself as a true innovation. Remember Lelo Ora and what a failure the first one was as I received mine as a work “incentive”. Maro Kawaii 2 has tried to refine this into a straight vibe excellent for internal stimulation but with this feature also great for clitoral stimulation such as the flicking of a tongue!
It’s balls are on both sides because symmetry and they are sort of on a see-saw as they bop up and down inside the silicone encasing which has some raised dots for extra stimulation. A little rose button increases the speed of the balls and even has a function when the vibes and balls take turns to help achieve climax.
Final and upper section is just an egg shaped chunk of silicone which helps to add length and is perfect for discovering the G-spot.
Cheap, waterproof, rechargeable. Need I say more?
I’m actually really impressed by the Maro Kawaii 2 clitoral sex toy. It ticks all the boxes for me! For $90 you can get a waterproof rechargeable vibrator.
Packaging
Maro Kawaii 2 packaging is of a luxury standard with a sturdy baby pink cardboard box and foam inlay to keep the marshmallow safe and in place. Two magnets keep the box closed. There’s no identifying pictures or anything on the box just the Tokyo design on the top.
Let’s talk about vibration and motor.
Egg shape section is where the most vibrations are emitted from, not the base which is fantastic! It has 3 speeds and 5 patterns.
If you can’t choose the one you like hold down the rose you can put it into what I have dubbed the “sampler mode”. This goes through each mode on a continual cycle also known as the hand’s free mode.
Japanese Sex Toys are Nuts
As impressed as I am with this brand they are still Japanese and the Japanese are known to be crazy and outlandish with their designs. With further research into this company has blown my socks off I am literally crying.
They have vibrating macaroons, a we-vibe squeal hybrid, and clitoral roulette. Also don’t have their own website which is a bit weird.

Get Ready For The Super Soft & Sexy Maro Kawaii 11!!
I am reviewing Maro Kawaii 11. No, it isn’t a third rated martial arts film. The Maro Kawaii 11 doesn’t refer to the number of sequels or remakes of the original either. It is a remarkably cute line-up of 12 quite unique Japanese made miniature sex toy vibrators.
Packaging
Maro Kawaii 11 comes in a sturdy box and the outer sleeve has a picture of the sex toy on it. Its box describes the Maro Kawaii 11 as a waterproof, rechargeable stimulator. But the description as it turns out does it a great disservice.
An inner box is mostly plain and a lovely shade of neon pink so the box can be a definite keeper for storage purposes and matches the colour of the vibrator exactly. It is packaged to the specifications of a much more expensive sex toy.
Features of Maro Kawaii 11
- 3 colours which include cerise, lavender and pink. Yes, you heard right it comes in pink, pinkish and pinkest.
- It’s advertised as a very girly Kawaii type of sex toy because it is manufactured in Japan.
- Everything about it is super cute, in a Japanese ‘Hello Kitty‘ type of way. I definitely recommend it if you love that type of stuff.
- 100% phthalate free, body safe silicone, that is a surprisingly super soft, silky silicone.
- I am always surprised when I find a super soft sex toy. You don’t really know how soft a sex toy is until you hold it in your hands. If a sex toy can be ‘cutely silky” as well.. I guess what I’m trying to say if you just want to keep stroking it. Fortunately, that works both ways as it wants to stroke you too.
Dimensions Maro Kawaii 11
Maro Kawaii 11 dimensions are 3″x3″x6.5″. Even the one control button is, you guessed it, Kawai! It’s a cute little flower. I’ve also never seen a button that is actually cartoon like this before.
Turn it On to Turn you On
When it is turned on though, the Maro Kawaii 11 becomes something far more than just “cute”. It is fairly firm and rigid down the shaft. Its head is spongy and it is fully flexible at the neck. Perfect for insertion and fairly direct clitoral stimulation.
This is good because then you won’t be scared of hurting yourself if you get too excited! But more excitingly on each side, in the neck of the shaft are rows of 4 rolling massage beads, that push outwards. So it turns out this is primarily, actually a G-Spot vibrator!
What I Love the Most
Its head is bendable. So even though it has the massage beads the bendable head make it an orgasm’s dream come true. A pretty darn effective one at that.
- 8 different vibration patterns and the motor is located in the head instead of the base which is great for clit stimulation.
- A buzzy vibration but strong.
- Works great with the beads which roll up and down like one of those chair massagers in shopping malls. I love the sensation. Particularly on the slower settings, the individual beads punch outward which would really work for the G-Spot.
- When you squeeze it in your hands, some vibrators just swallow up all the vibrations into the silicone, or worse, stop vibrating altogether and run like a car wheel in the sand. Maro Kawaii 11 holds up remarkably well.
Maro Kawaii 11 is easy to use.
- Just press for on and to scroll through patterns and hold down for 2 to turn off.
- Waterproof and USB rechargeable.
- Can obviously be used together with a partner.
- Surprisingly affordable. One of the best I have tried for the money in fact, coming in at well under $100.
- Best of all, there are another 11 sisters in the family, I can’t wait to see what the rest do.
Don’t Overlook it Because it Looks Simple
I feel like the Maro Kawaii 11 can easily be overlooked because it looks so simple. A lot of best selling sex toys do look quite simple but the Maro Kawaii 11 proves to carry the classic Japanese simplicity in the design but really is an effective G-Spot vibrator.
I love finding sex toys that are perfectly made and the creation has been well thought about. Maro Kawaii 11 is perfect to the detail.
