What’s the story behind the name ‘Rocks Off’?

Honestly speaking, there is not really a long story to how we got our name. It is catchy, it’s to the point, and more so, it shares in our mission-let people enjoy pleasure without the stigma that is commonly put forth with it. Our brand name depicts our personality and belief in embracing joy.

Moreover, we simply love the song “Rocks” by Primal Scream. The catchy upbeat nature of the song perfectly captures exactly what we’re about-fun, enjoyment with a hint of irreverence.

What advice would you give to anyone trying adult toys for the first time, with Rocks Off products?

The major word of wisdom that I can say to those who are just getting into the world of adult toys is to do your research. Equally rewarding has been our relationship-building with our customers and partners. Seeing the excitement of our products in users keeps me going because I am passionate about this industry. It is not about selling toys, but creating experiences that can resonate with people’s lives.

What has been the most surprising feedback you have received from a customer?

One day, at an Australian trade show, I met an incredibly loyal customer with one of those rarest-of-rare stories: she was a store manager and had been a Rocks Off fan since the early days. She pulled out, during our conversation, one of our very first 1-speed bullets-a pink one! And proudly announced it was still going strong after 15 years. That’s loyalty and satisfaction unparalleled, really a testament to our quality and manufacturing process.

Customer satisfaction is one of the major driving forces in innovations, and we work to maintain that trust with each new product that comes out.

What’s your best-selling product and why?

By far, our bestseller has got to be the Chaiamo Vibe. Since its launch in 2017, it’s constantly sold due to its affordability, power, user experience, and aesthetic appeal. We really focus on how to make a product hit all the key points for the consumer, and the Chaiamo Vibe has been one of those perfect examples.
